Here at Unpacked, we believe that you are deserving of love and belonging and that sometimes we get lost. Life hits us, emotions happen, or we simply get stuck, and we need help ‘unpacking’ those life experiences. If you sat in on a therapy session, it wouldn’t be uncommon for you to hear one of our therapists saying, “Let’s unpack that.” Now, you may be thinking, “But, that’s not your name, your name is unpacked.” We did that for a reason. We don’t want you to be stuck in a perpetual cycle of therapist after therapist, trying to figure out how to unpack your emotions. We want you healthy, and ready to move on to the next step in your life. We want you to have the freedom to say, “I unpacked that!”
