Many of us long to feel truly known and accepted but find ourselves stuck in patterns that leave us feeling disconnected. Do you struggle with unrelenting worry, overwhelming emotions, relational wounds, or past trauma that still affect your life today? These challenges can leave you feeling afraid, hopeless, alone, or stuck. They can impact how you view yourself, how you relate to others, and how safe and supported you feel in the world.
It is my desire to help you reach a place where you can manage distress more effectively, connect with your emotions, navigate your relationships with greater confidence, and make decisions that reflect what matters most to you. I want you to experience safety, stability, and connection, beginning in the therapy room and ultimately extending into your life.
It is such a privilege for me to witness deep, lasting change as I walk alongside my clients with gentleness, patience, and compassion. I consider it an honor to be invited into both the joys and the struggles of life. Reach out to me today to schedule a free virtual consultation. I would love to support you as you take this brave step.
During our initial sessions, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and what changes you would like to make. I take time to learn about who you are, your relationships, and your life experiences to guide how we can best work together. From there, we will finalize your goals and work as a team to help you achieve them.
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in PA with experience in behavioral health, academic, and clinical settings. My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and attachment-based. While I work with people of all backgrounds, I also provide therapy from a Christian perspective for those who wish to integrate their faith into the counseling process. When I’m not providing therapy, I enjoy co-facilitating graduate counseling labs, supporting students in their training towards professional counseling.
