I believe that the most important part of the counseling process is that each client feels safe and respected. Life is challenging and every person deserves a place to freely speak about the things that are on their mind. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you through the most difficult or joyous times of your time. My goal is to assist you in building the tools to understand who you are, why you operate the way that you do, and how to build your ideal life. Each person is unique, and the same approach does not work for everyone. Ultimately, I believe that YOU are the expert on you. I look forward to supporting you as you discover more about yourself and the changes you would like to make.
I have both outpatient therapy and inpatient psychiatric experience and have worked with individuals of all ages. I care deeply about people who are struggling with drug and alcohol addictions, as well as family members who are affected by the impacts of addiction. I also have experience working with mood disorders, psychotic disorders, suicidal ideation, trauma, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders.
